DBH offers classes for children and parents including Anger Kids, Self-Esteem, Strengthening Families, and Love & Logic. Classes are offered on various nights of the week. Call for class listings, cost, and to register for any classes. Cost is minimal and can be waived for some families. Individual, family and group therapy is also available based on individual needs. The cost is based on a sliding scale.
The center offers a new approach to therapy. Talking about your thoughts and feelings with friends or family can make you feel better, but they can't always provide you with the help you need. A therapist is a healthy alternative...AND it can be affordable too! They accept most insurance plans, cash, credit, check, bishop pay and will work on a sliding scale.
