***Northridge “Ridge City” Community Schools Family Night***
We are excited to extend an invitation to you for the upcoming Northridge “Ridge City” Community Schools Family Night.
Event Details:
• Date: October 7th
• Event Time: 5:30pm – 7:00pm

This event aims to unite schools in our area, fostering stronger family and community ties and providing valuable resources and information to families from Northridge, North Layton Jr., Sunset Jr., Adams, Hill Field, Lincoln, Mountain View, South Weber, Sunset El., and Vae View. We have organized a variety of engaging and fun activities and services, including: Balloon artists, Face painting, Bounce houses, Haircuts for kids, Immunizations, Dinner for all attending families, and Trucks full of food for families to take home.
***Bus loop Reminder:***
The bus loop is reserved for school buses and ADA vehicles during drop-off (7:55am- 8:15am) and pick-up times (2:55pm- 3:15pm). This is to help provide a safe lane of travel for you and students. It is very difficult for people coming from the school to the parking lot and for people driving in the bus loop to see around the buses. Driving in the bus loop during drop-off and pick-up times puts pedestrians using the walkway at unnecessary risk. Please use the drop-off location on the North side of the campus during the morning and afternoons.

This behavior of the week is focusing on the accountability of the students arriving to class and beginning bell work right away, instead of walking around, talking to classmates, etc. We are hopeful that this behavior will help students be even more prepared for class when the bell rings to begin!
